Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping across India unless mentioned otherwise at checkout.

Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–4 working days after order confirmation.

During festive seasons, sales periods, or high-demand launches, dispatch may take slightly longer.

Delivery Timeline

Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered within 4–8 working days, depending on the delivery location and courier service availability.

Remote locations may take additional time.

Payment Options

We currently offer:

  • Full prepaid payment
  • Partial COD, where a small advance amount is paid online and the remaining amount is paid at the time of delivery

We do not offer full Cash on Delivery.

Partial COD availability may depend on the product, location, and checkout option shown on the website.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared through SMS, email, or WhatsApp, depending on the contact information provided at checkout.

Delivery Attempts

Courier partners usually attempt delivery as per their standard process. If the customer is unavailable, unreachable, or refuses the delivery, the order may be returned to us.

For partial COD orders, the advance amount may not be refundable in case of delivery refusal, wrong address, or repeated failed delivery attempts.

Damaged Package

If your package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please record an unboxing video and contact us immediately.
