Return & Exchange Policy

At Virasat, each jewellery piece is carefully checked and packed before dispatch. Since jewellery is a personal-use product, we do not offer returns once the product is delivered.

No Return Policy

We do not accept returns for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind

  • Product not needed anymore

  • Slight color difference due to lighting or screen display

  • Minor handmade variations

  • Customer ordering the wrong product or variant

  • Personal preference after delivery

Exchange / Replacement Policy

Exchange or replacement is available only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received the wrong product

  • You received a product different from your confirmed order

Unboxing Video Required

To claim replacement for damaged or wrong product, a clear unboxing video is mandatory.

The video should clearly show:

  • The sealed package before opening

  • Opening of the package

  • The product received

  • The damage or wrong item clearly visible

Without a proper unboxing video, we may not be able to approve replacement.

Time Limit for Reporting

Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Please contact us with:

  • Order number

  • Clear unboxing video

  • Photos of the product

  • Description of the issue

Handmade Product Note

Virasat jewellery is handcrafted in small batches. Slight variations in color, beads, finish, polish, detailing, or design placement may occur. These natural handmade variations are not considered defects.

Refunds

Refunds are not offered for delivered products.

In case replacement is not possible for an approved damaged or wrong product case, we may offer a suitable resolution such as store credit, replacement with another product, or refund at our discretion.

Partial COD Orders

For partial COD orders, the advance payment confirms the order. If the customer refuses delivery, provides an incorrect address, or does not accept the order after dispatch, the advance amount may not be refundable.
